Due to the nature of heavy industrial machinery, all sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and production begins.
Returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was agreed upon in the sales contract.
A return or refund may be requested under the following conditions:
The machine is delivered with a manufacturing defect that prevents normal operation.
The machine is damaged during transit, and the damage is confirmed upon delivery inspection.
The machine received is substantially different from the specifications outlined in the proforma invoice or sales contract.
Important: Custom-made or specially configured machines are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Customers must notify MTED in writing within 7 days of delivery if they believe the machine is defective, damaged, or not as ordered.
All claims must be supported with photos, videos, or inspection reports for verification.

Upon receiving a claim, MTED will review the case and may arrange a third-party inspection or request return shipment of the machine.
If the claim is validated, MTED will, at its discretion:
Provide a replacement machine or parts,
Arrange for repair services, or
Issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
If a return is approved, the customer must ensure proper packaging and shipping of the machine back to MTED.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping, insurance, customs duties, and related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for:
Buyer’s change of mind after order confirmation.
Incorrect operation, mishandling, or installation by the customer.
Normal wear and tear of machine parts.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
Any banking or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
